Snow and baseball
Feb. 12th, 2008 05:08 pmTons of winter weather advisory stuff going on today. We were allowed to leave work as early as 1:00, if we were scared and wanted to miss out on a few hours pay. But I just stayed the whole time. I didn't have anything particular to do tonight, and driving home was only slightly perilous.
It's only 48 days until baseball season starts! And I think I have a plan for attending the game on opening day!!! I emailed Kelly, a girl from the message board, about it. She said she has two tickets and no one to go with her (yet), so I get to go! Kelly was one of the two people I met at a game back in September, when I tried to get some message boarders to meet up. I just hope it doesn't snow on March 31!
