It was a dark and stormy night
Oct. 30th, 2006 06:51 pmWell, it's not stormy. Actually, it was a pretty nice day. Kind of warm even. But boy, did it get dark fast. I worked an hour of overtime today and it felt like I was leaving at 8:00, instead of 5:30. I went jogging when I got home and it was like running in the middle of the night.
Now I will only get to enjoy daylight on weekends, as there are hardly any windows at work, and none visible from my desk. :(
Is anyone wearing anything fun for Halloween tomorrow? I mean like, to work or school or whatever. I can't think of anything kooky to wear. I'll wear my Halloween socks, but no one will see them. I could wear my Gryffindor scarf, but even when I wore it last winter as part of my cold weather gear, no one ever said anything about it.
I'm thinking I will make a name tag for myself and tape it to my front. You know, one of those "Hello, My Name Is" tags. But I will write "Inigo Montoya" on it.
