No stairway?! Denied!

I pulled out all of my scrapbooking supplies and organized things. I am preparing for the upcoming Croptoberfest event. Except it's not called Croptoberfest anymore. Now it's like Great Gatherings or something which is so stupid. Croptoberfest is cheesy, but at least it makes sense and implies what we do there. After I organized things, I started working on a page. I got half-way through and ran out of tape runner. The tape runner is the handy little tool that you use to stick things to other things. It's pretty much essential. So I had to stop. I was so motivated too. Grr.

I want to do something awesomely fun tonight, but I can't think of anything good.

I am not a fan of the library here. Having sewing machines available to check out is the only thing it has going for it. Otherwise, it pretty much sucks. I can't check my account and renew things online. I can't figure out how to order items from other libraries. Way too many of their audio books are abridged versions. And the librarians are kind of snippy.

I made a terrific start on the second mitten today while I watched the baseball game. See, it's important to start the second item of a pair immediately after you finish the first item. If you don't, you may never start it and then you will be left with only one mitten or sock or whatever.
