They are mine! All mine!

The draft results are in! I'm pretty excited about the Winged Rhinos of Doom. They are going to take down everyone else in the league.

I think my running backs - Tiki Barber and LaMont Jordan - will be my greatest assets. The rest of my team is just fairly mediocre. But that doesn't mean I will lose. Maybe I'll get lucky. It's all in fun anyway.

A bit of motivation

I'm still feeling sick-ish. My throat hurts and I keep coughing and now my nose is getting stuffy. I'm actually going to go to bed right after this.

But I still managed to get some things done today so I feel accomplished. There were a couple areas in my apartment that had been accumulating stuff, so I straightened up the clutter. I washed my windows. I went grocery shopping. I wrapped my brother's birthday present. I even knitted this afternoon. I still need to do laundry, probably tomorrow.

We are on mandatory overtime this week. I have to put in an extra five hours. I don't mind because it's more money.

I think my library books are overdue, but I'm still not finished with the second one.

I'm boring. Let's wrap this up.

Indians update: It was a pretty good weekend for Cleveland sports. The Detroit Tigers, the best team in baseball, were in town. The Indians beat them twice: Friday 4-2 (when I was there) and Saturday 8-5. But the Tigers won today 7-1. Still, the Indians won the series. They have no real hope at the playoffs, but they've been playing better lately, which is exciting to see. And the Browns won their preseason game on Saturday too. It's a good feeling.
