Life over work - that would be fabulous. But I guess that is not the company motto.
Even though there are some creative people working there, the work itself does not involve any creativity at all, so I guess they don't think that outer stimulation is necessary. I was finally starting to enjoy the work environment a bit when I was talking, but that has to stop now. No fun allowed!
